Wedding Wedding Buffet Recipes Planning A Wedding Menu And Need Some Good "bake And Freeze Ahead Of Time" Food Ideas?

Planning a wedding menu and need some good "bake and freeze ahead of time" food ideas? - wedding wedding buffet recipes

I will help with food for a wedding on the cheap and freeze things ahead of time, then thaw and heat in the day of marriage. At any other time could probably think of the wedding of one billion of the corresponding elements, but for now I'm at a total loss. All I can think is meatballs, ugh.

There's no real theme of the food we're working on - is 150 people, buffet and there are three of us fans, save your work in eating at the holidays. So, anything can be done in advance, would be helpful.

(Not necessarily the recipes, just ideas for the wedding rate of foods that would be great.)

Thank you!

Some type of main course and ideas that may well go cold and heat of the day:
- Spaghetti Sauce (fresh pasta of the day)
- Lasagna
- Pierogi
- Cabbage
- Cookware

You can make pasta sauce, meatballs, and cooked like steak and chicken breasts before. Pierogi (dumplings) and sausages on the side as an alternative.

Oh - Make sure you have enough space in the oven and stove to warm, though!

Just a few thoughts. Hope this helps!

Mini quiche is my favorite and has sold frozen, I'm sure you can freeze your own. Shrimp cocktail is simple, because the bags can be purchased pre cooked and peeled frozen shrimp are deveined. Just thaw and serve with cocktail sauce. I know that shrimp is expensive but so good. What manicotti cheese filling? I always used to freeze trays of lasagna manicotti that I can see it works well. Hmm. I'm baffled. You need these parts of the cooking area. I think they are more valuable to you.

Go to Sam and see frozen food in your area. They are good snacks, buy the cheapest thing you live with them. They are heated or thawed the day of event.
